We are based in the Manawatu-Whanganui area of the North Island. We do, however, deliver our leadlights nationwide.
A Short History of Leadlight World Ltd
Leadlight World Ltd is a small leadlighting business that has been hand-crafting high quality leadlights for decades. The business was established as a NZ limited company back in 1995 by its founder, Janet Kight, who had been operating the business a few years prior to it becoming a limited company. The business is now owned and operated by Sophie Gilchrist.

"Hello! I am Sophie Gilchrist, the artist and owner of Leadlight World Ltd.
When I am not working for Leadlight World Ltd, or artistically creating something in my spare time, then I am most likely curled up in some remote nook somewhere with a good book, a steaming cup of hot chocolate, and either a cat or a dog (usually both) to keep me company.
